Provide a signed and dated letter addressed to the Visa Officer. State each of the following.
For a recent Pakistani qualification with no final certificate yet, add the provisional certificate, the full transcript, and an institution letter stating the issue date.
Account for every period since your last full time education. Cover study, work, internships, business, exams, unemployment, family duties, and medical breaks. Support each with letters, contracts, salary slips, certificates, or registration documents.
Show that study is your real purpose. Use a career plan, family links, employment or approved study leave, business ownership, professional registration, and property. Property ownership is not required.
Declare every refusal from Ireland, the UK, Schengen, the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or any other country. Add the refusal letter, an explanation, and proof the issue is resolved. Also declare deportations, overstays, cancelled visas, and past names.
Applicants aged six and over give fingerprints and a digital photo at VFS. Attend in person unless VFS confirms an exemption. Bring your passport, AVATS summary, appointment confirmation, and document package.

The visa lets you travel to Ireland. The immigration officer at the airport makes the final call on entry. Carry these in your hand luggage.
Register your permission within 90 days of arrival and pay the €300 IRP fee by card. Your Stamp 2 permission lets you work 20 hours per week in term and 40 hours per week during scheduled holidays. Renewal is annual and needs proof of enrolment, attendance of at least 85 percent, and continued funds.
