A graduate threshold is not Stamp 1G.

Employment permit remuneration

The recent-graduate CSEP threshold is €36,848 for the relevant listed-occupation route. The GEP threshold is €34,009 for a relevant Irish degree received in the preceding 12 months. All remaining permit conditions apply.

Graduate immigration permission

The Third Level Graduate Programme has separate conditions: current Stamp 2 and registration, an eligible Irish award and an application within six months of award notification. Level 8 normally allows 12 months; Level 9 or above starts with 12 months and may be renewed for another 12, subject to conditions and overall limits.

Use the date the qualification was received or officially notified, as required by the relevant scheme. Do not assume the graduation ceremony date is the applicable date.
