A broader occupation route, subject to exclusions and employer conditions.
The general annual remuneration threshold is €36,605. Specified sectors and recent Irish graduates have different thresholds. A Labour Market Needs Test is required in most cases, with exemptions. Critical Skills occupations may also be considered under this route.
A reduced threshold for a relevant recent Irish degree.
The €34,009 threshold applies to a relevant degree issued by an Irish third-level college in the preceding 12 months. Occupation, employer and other General Permit requirements still apply.
